Shandong Construction Machinery was awarded a major modular expansion joint project in Shanxi Province on the Yang Ji Expressway. The project has over 2000 meters of modular expansion joints. Shandong will fabricate the expansion joints at their facility in Dezhou, China with an anticipated delivery in the fall of 2008.  All materials for fabrication will be imported from TechStar in the United States. This is the first major contract for Shandong Construction Machinery under the new cooperation agreement.
