TechStar, Inc. modular expansion joints were recently selected for the Burlington Skyway in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Ministry of Transportation selected the TechStar LG, single bar design which was then fabricated by Goodco/Z-Tech of Laval, Quebec. The replacement of the older traditional multiple support bar “Maurer type” modular expansion joints, which were in great distress, was a high priority on this major artery in Toronto. TechStar is now the largest supplier of modular expansion joints in Canada.
